Terms & Conditions

On-Demand Support terms.

By selecting On-Demand Support, you acknowledge the following terms.

  1. 01

    Technical support and consulting are billed at $250/hour.

  2. 02

    Project management, coordination, and non-technical client support activities may be billed at $120/hour.

  3. 03

    Support is available during Command Prompt's standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays.

  4. 04

    Time is billed in 15-minute increments during standard business hours. After-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency work may be subject to premium rates and minimum billable time.

  5. 05

    On-Demand Support does not include SLA coverage, 24x7 response, guaranteed response times, proactive monitoring, or after-hours coverage.

  6. 06

    Emergency or after-hours support requires separate coordination and approval.

  7. 07

    Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Past-due balances may accrue interest, and unpaid accounts may be subject to collections or work stoppage.

  8. 08

    Services are governed by Command Prompt's Services Agreement, including confidentiality, ownership of paid work product, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, termination, governing law, and related commercial terms.
